Debit/Credit Card

Why my credit card was declined?

You should probably contact your bank in this regard. You can pay by credit card, Paypal, Skrill or Crypto as Bitcoin or USDT for subscriptions.

Paypal

Why PayPal is asking for my card?

Paypal is asking you to register your bank or credit card account in case your Paypal balance is not sufficient. Paypal always tries to debit your balance in priority, if it cannot it will use your credit card or bank account. If you have enough funds in your Paypal account, it will use it to pay your subcription.

What if my PayPal/Skrill renewal didn't go through will it try again?

If you have paid with Paypal/Skrill, the system will not try again to charge your account, you have to wait the end of the 48h grace period to renew the plan, or you can directly subscribe to a fresh new pack.

Skrill

I used my Master Card for a Skrill payment but it was declined, why?

In some accounts, Skrill doesn't let the user use their Mastercard for payment. Unfortunately, it's the terms and condition of Skrill that's beyond our control. You can use Paypal, Crypto, and Credit Card as an alternative.

Should I verify my Skrill account?

You must have a verified Skrill account, in order to make a Recurring payment. Please check that verify your account here

BitPay (Crypto)

Why my crypto payment hasn't posted yet?

Please note that BitPay does have multiple network confirmations before we get your payment. If your transaction has went through, but not posted yet, please give it 30 mins to 2 hour for posting.

BitPay Underpaid Invoice Issue

For underpaid invoices, the amount paid is not credited to Duplikium. Underpaid invoices can only be refunded to the customers.

1.)  BitPay will send you an email with the refund request link. Please check your email.

2.) Click on the refund request link button. It might ask you to login to your BitPay account.
