If your account is not connected, be sure you have completed the following information:
- Broker/Technology and server: be sure to have selected the broker technology and defined the server name.
- Login: this is the login used to connect to the account on your trading terminal.
- Password: the trading account password used to connect to the account on the trading terminal, it must be the trader/main password.
- Be sure the the account is switched ON in the column ON/OFF.
- Be sure the paid plan is assigned correctly, for this just click on the column Subscription Please contact your provider if you are missing some login details information.
