Follower Trade not copied

If the trades are not copied, be sure you have completed the following information:

1. Your follower trading account shows Connected.
2. Be sure also that the risk factor is defined in the account settings.
3. Check that the copier status in the Global Settings at the top right is ON.
4. You can check the error message in the Last Copied Orders section, just reload clicking the refresh button above.
5. You can check if your Signal Provider has done trades in the Signal Provider section -> Open/Closed Positions Please contact your Signal Provider if you need advise regarding risk factor settings.
