Help CenterThis is not possible to freeze or to put on hold a subscription. However, to stop the subscription you have to cancel the automatic renewal, it will stop the subscription at the end of the period. Then you will be able to subscribe again to a new plan when you are ready or you can manually renew the previous subscription.
You can do that in under the cart icon at the top right, then My Subscription Plan. Select your expired subscription and click on the Renew button. This is not possible to freeze an ongoing subscription.
