Why cTrader is DISCONNECTED?

1) Are you using two distinct ctrader ID? To add accounts from two different cTrader IDs, you have to logout from your first Spotware cTrader ID before you try to add the account from the second cTrader ID. https://id.ctrader.com/my/settings/accounts

2) Are you using ctrader sub account and cTrader Copy strategies? It is no longer possible to add a ctrader sub account and copy cTrader Copy strategies. cTrader has deactivated this possibility.

3) Is the OpenAPI activated? Could you ask your cTrader broker to activate the trading on the OpenAPI with Duplikium Ltd. They know what they have to do, and it should be done quickly. 

4) You can try to do an ON/OFF of the account or change the server location in the Global Settings in the top menu to reset the connection.
