Wrong Credentials Cockpit

Wrong Credentials error in the Cockpit settings means that you did not properly set the login, password or server name of your trading account. Please verify the credentials, login details, and the broker server name. 

We also suggest to do the following steps: 

  1. Instead of copy-pasting your credentials, we encourage you to manually type them to avoid copy pasting bad characters.
  2. Make sure that there is no blank space. 
  3. Verify also that you have assigned a subscription to your Slave/Follower. 
  4. You can try to switch OFF/ON the account too.
  5. If you have a paid plan you can try to change the server location in the global settings at the top right in order to reset the connection. For each step please wait a few seconds for the account to show Connected.
